This contest has been created by ybf, LLC without any obligation to or from HSN (Home Shopping Network).
Airfare, hotel and transportation included.
Contestants must be over the age of 18 and reside in the continental USA to participate in a live HSN appearance.
The Contestant is deemed to be the holder of the established email account associated with the entry.
By submitting the entry, Contestant is warranting that the Contestant owns the photograph.
By submitting the entry, Contestant is granting to ybf the right to use the photograph for commercial purposes for an unlimited time.
By submitting the entry, Contestant agrees and hereby releases ybf, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents, officers and directors from any and all liability or responsibility arising in connection with Contestant’s participation in the contest.
ybf reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject and disqualify any nude photograph or those photographs which are deemed in its sole discretion to be obscene, profane, offensive, lewd, pornographic or otherwise inappropriate.
ybf assumes no responsibility for entries unable to be processed for any technical reason and further reserves the right to cancel the contest if it becomes technically corrupted or because of unauthorized human intervention.
Contestant agrees that entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission for ybf to have the option of using the name, hometown, likeness, photograph, voice and statements of the Contestant. Such use will be without compensation and may be for editorial, public relations, promotional or advertising purposes, or any other purpose as deemed reasonable by ybf. Documentation of such permission may be requested by ybf, and failure to provide such documentation will result in forfeiture of any winner status.
Taxes, airport fees, custom duties, tourist cards, surcharges, insurance charges, personal expenses and travel documentation are not included in the prize.
The prize offered must be accepted as offered and is not exchangeable, refundable, transferable or convertible into cash.
ybf is not responsible for: (1) Entries that are lost, incorrect, late, misdirected, garbled or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser or network failure, malfunction, congestion or incompatibility of the servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; (3) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the contest or the processing of entries; (4) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the contest, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the contest, or any part of it, for any reason, ybf, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
