LAURA KING is a hypnotherapist with certifications in Sports Hypnosis, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Life Coaching. Originator of the DISCOVER PROCESS™, outlined in her second book, “Perfect Enough”, Laura uses practical techniques to help anyone achieve happiness and balance.
Laura is a featured columnist for P.R.E. Horse Magazine and her first book, The Power to Win (Lyons Press 2004), helps equestrians achieve award-winning performance. When she's not writing (over 150 published articles, CDs and DVDs) or seeing clients, Laura provides keynote addresses and seminars for national organizations like the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA), and Teachers’ Guild Conferences.
Laura is the director and founder of Summit Dynamics, Summit Hypnosis Centers, and Summit Press, and is a consulting hypnotherapist for two medical clinics: Women's First, and the Sari Asher Center for Integrative Cancer Care.

Pipa
Pipa is a singer/songwriter, TV and Radio Host, and style icon to thousands of women! Blessed with a quirky sense of humour, Pipa’s always full of energy and sunshine, she’s stylish, inspirational and a friend to all - in her songwriting, on the air, or face to face - she encourages girlfriends to find and be the women they were born to be!
Pipa wrote the ybf theme tune “Sunshine Girl” especially for our wonderful community of women! That’s her you hear singing right here on the site! She joined us on our Pajama Party @ Sea 2008 to perform and celebrate, and will be releasing “Sunshine Girl” as part of a limited edition CD/download later this month!
She never set out to specifically make a style statement, but having been brought up by her mother who was immensely gifted as a dressmaker, Pipa inherited an eye for what looks good and has inadvertently ended up influencing women of all ages! She says “It’s not about separating the inner woman from the outer woman – they are inextricably linked and directly affect one another.”
Her passion is to engage women in searching within to discover their true selves, being proud of that person and revealing that inner beauty with confidence on the outside. She is currently studying Clinical and Pastoral Counselling, and is working toward a PhD!
A true ybf girlfriend, Pipa lives life to the absolute brim alongside her equally talented husband and two beautiful children in London, UK.
Dr. Alison Miller, Ph.D.
Alison is the owner of Life Essentials, a company that offers retreats, workshops, individual coaching and group coaching. She also owns, The Dissertation Coach, a business dedicated to helping graduate students earn doctoral degrees. Alison has a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor’s in psychology from Cornell University. She works with people throughout the United States and abroad to help them live extraordinary lives and experience greater peace, balance, and joy.
In addition to being a frequent speaker at retreats, conferences and corporate events, Alison has appeared on ABC, Fox News, and the Oprah Winfrey show. She recently finished writing the forthcoming book, Finish Your Dissertation Once and For All: How to Overcome Psychological Obstacles, Get Results, and Move on with Your Life, designed to help doctoral students finish their dissertations.
Alison is passionate about coaching women to live great lives. Her clients benefit from her direct yet gentle approach to learning new skills, identifying limiting beliefs and behavior patterns, and making positive life changes. Alison strives to create collaborative coaching relationships of safety and openness that help her clients identify important life goals and create a path towards meeting those goals. She seeks to promote the personal growth of all her clients by helping them gain insight, take action, and live their lives according to their own values.
She lives in Chicago with her husband and two children.

For years, Stacey has worked with Rosemary Redlin, a renowned professional makeup artist with numerous credits in Film, Television, Commercials and Magazines. Her work has appeared in the pages of Vogue, Allure, Marie Claire, Rolling Stone, Premiere and British GQ, just to name a few! Whew!
